Installation day

The film is cut to fit the unit exactly and applied on site. The job takes a few hours. The unit is back in normal operation the same day.

Done and warranted

Your 10-year warranty is confirmed in writing. If anything isn't right, it gets fixed. That's the commitment that comes with every job.

Will wrapping my heat pump void the manufacturer warranty?+

No. The film is applied to the outer housing of the unit and doesn't affect any mechanical or electrical components. It's fully removable without leaving adhesive residue if a service engineer needs access. Most manufacturers have no issue with external wrapping, but it's always worth checking your specific warranty documentation if you're unsure.

How long does the film last outdoors?+

The exterior-grade films used by Velfi are UV-stable and rated for outdoor use. Expected lifespan is 7 to 10 years depending on aspect, sun exposure and local climate. A 10-year warranty is provided on every installation.

Can you match any colour?+

Yes. Any RAL colour can be specified. If you have an exact fence colour, render tone, window frame or cladding panel to match, send the RAL reference and it can be ordered precisely. Physical samples are provided before anything is confirmed so you can check the match in your own garden or exterior before committing.

How much does heat pump wrapping cost?+

Can it be removed later if I want to change the colour?+
